1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and pk6868 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at pk6868.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk6868 platform — including the sportsbook, online casino, live dealer section or any promotional feature — you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. Age is verified during the KYC process. If you are found to be underage, your Account will be immediately suspended, all funds held will be returned (less any winnings derived during the underage period), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple Accounts are detected for the same individual, pk6868 reserves the right to close all but the earliest verified Account and to void any transactions made on duplicate Accounts.

3.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. pk6868 makes no warranty that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done at the User's own risk.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Any material misrepresentation — including false name, date of birth or address — constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form, providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 Identity Verification Documents

Prior to processing withdrawals — and at pk6868's discretion at any point during your account lifecycle — you may be required to submit:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (CNIC or passport for Pakistani users);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill or bank statement);
• A liveness check or selfie where required by the verification process;
• Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4.3 Document Integrity

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered originals. Submission of forged, edited or misrepresented documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts or tools to access or interact with the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its backend systems;
• Transmit viruses, malware or any code designed to disrupt or compromise Platform integrity;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or collusion with other Users;
• Use the Account for money laundering, terrorist financing or any financial crime;
• Attempt to misuse promotions through systematic exploitation, group coordination or bonus-abuse strategies.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Methods

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are listed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may include bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa or JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). Availability of any specific method is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.

Important: pk6868 does not claim that Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other named payment provider endorses, supports or permits gambling transactions. 6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

6.4 Currency

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Wagering must be completed within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of that period.

7.3 Game Contributions

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds voided and associated winnings forfeited.

7.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new, first-time registered users only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, payment method and email address applies.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals), football, UFC and other events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the Platform's Sports Rules section. The following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Palpable errors in odds are void regardless of whether they have been accepted.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules (typically void or carry over).
• Live betting markets are subject to delay and suspension at pk6868's discretion. In-play odds are indicative until confirmation is received.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per event and per market; these are displayed in the cashier and bet-slip interface.
• pk6868 reserves the right to limit, suspend or close betting on any market at its sole discretion without prior notice.

9. Casino & Game Rules

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, instant games and table games — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game's interface. The following general principles apply:

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or software error that interrupts a round in progress, pk6868's server-side records constitute the authoritative record of game state and outcome. Bets affected by a genuine technical fault will be voided and stakes returned.
• Progressive jackpots are contributed to and paid out according to the rules of the specific jackpot network. jackpot wins may be subject to verification prior to payment.

11. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the acceptable use restrictions in Section 5, the following conduct is specifically prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action:

• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use;
• Attempting to withdraw funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other tools to obscure your true geographic location in order to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes that are not made in good faith;
• Any action intended to manipulate game outcomes, interfere with Platform systems or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk6868 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and source code — is the property of pk6868 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gambling purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pk6868.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk6868 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, even if pk6868 has been advised of the possibility of such losses;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor delays, failures or restrictions;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws;
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.

Where limitation of liability is not permitted by law, pk6868's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

15.1 Suspension by pk6868

pk6868 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, money laundering suspicion, failure to complete KYC or non-compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

15.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

15.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling section of the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and marketing communications are suspended.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operator holds its operating license. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

pk6868 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pk6868 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform interface or registered email. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
